    Sadly, i didn't even tried for this, I don't have kite ATM, but I got all parts from the peacock and Caesar. I hope it'll come back when kite is available on my island.

    Yea! Another set of "you-are-only-missing-one-item" that prevents me from crafting! Joy! If focusing on my kite dragon (which took me about 45 days to make) wasn't bad enough, the quest disappeared after my 5th (10th?) go at making a knight dragon as I pursued the final piece I needed. And this morning? Nether dust. No Knight dragon for me.
