Okay guys it is time for the Big Panda Two game!
Please note: To keep the game running, there will be a 24 hour time limit for each member for submitting your votes and responding on the thread when asked.
If a player does not respond or vote within the 24 hour time period, they will be the player eliminated for that round, and we will proceed to the next round.
Make sure that you can be on the forum at least once a day to check the thread.

How to post a link to a thread- For special items you may have to send me by PM a link to a thread on the forum. To send a link -right click on the post number in the thread and hit copy, then right click on your PM and hit paste. TIP- To find all the posts a member has made, go to their profile and look under their name .

Remember this is a game for fun and to see who is the most crafty.. no gems/gold will be awarded since this is for fun but you will get bragging rights and maybe a trophy!
To win: You will need to be the last player standing in a game of elimination.
How to play:
There will rounds. After each round one player will be eliminated from the game.
Eliminated players will be able to vote for the winner when we get down to the two last players.
For each round:
I will randomly draw active players names from a hat. I will then post the "head of the Volcano" for that round.
(note if you were head of volcano on the previous round, you will not be part of the random draw for the next round)
When I post your name, you will need to post (within 24 hours) two players that you want to put on the chopping block.
Special note- Every player will be given one PANDA POWER:
You can use your panda power for any of the rounds until we get down to the final three players.
How to use a Panda Power:
When a new round starts and I post the "head of volcano" for that round, if a member comes in and posts that they want to use their Panda Power before the picked head of volcano posts, then they become the Head of volcano for that round. When you use your Panda Power, you must post- I am using my panda power and I nominate __________ and _________ to go on the block.
Please note: If you use a panda power you can name the random drawn HOV In your nominations.
Please note that only one panda power can be used per round.
As a special treat, I have posted four panda power pictures on different threads in the "Off Topic" forum. If you find a post that has a panda power picture- send me a private message along with the link and post number of where the picture is located. If you are the first member to find one, you will then have one extra panda power to use in game.
You can only have a total of two panda powers in the game so if you find another one, you can let one of your alliances know where it is so they can claim the extra panda power for themselves.
After two players have been placed on the chopping block, we then move to the "veto" round.
I will post a challenge question and the player that wins that challenge will then be able to "veto" one of the nominated players or leave the nominations the same.(You will have 24 hours to post your answer)
If one of the players are removed from the chopping block , then the head of volcano will then nominate another player.(they have 24 hours to post)
I will then announce the two players on the chopping block, but I will give sometime for those players to try and convince other players (by PM or on the thread),why they should keep them in the game.
I then will post when the voting starts and players will have 24 hours to send me their vote by PM of who they want to eliminate(You will only be able to choose one of the players on the chopping block)
If there is tie, then the head of volcano will break the tie and post who they want to eliminate in the thread.
I will then post the player that is eliminated and round two will start.
(the eliminated player will no longer be able to play until the end)
When we get down to the two remaining players, then all players will have a chance to send me a PM of who they want to win the game.
Tips:
When playing you can use private messaging to try and forum alliances with other players to help you get further in the game, but beware that someone who you think is on your side, may be setting you up for elimination.
If you are on the chopping block, you can try and make "deals" with other players like
you will not nominate them if you get head of volcano, on the next round if they keep in you in game.
Remember when making deals-- deals can sometimes be broken!!!
The key is to keep strong players (that win challenges ) in your alliance, but at some point, you will need to eliminate them to give you better chance of winning.
Also remember at the end all players will vote when we are down to the last two, so be careful of who you burn in the game early on .
When we get down to the final three players- game will change :
The final three players will play challenges, the first player of the three left that wins TWO challenges
will move on to the finals AND also chooses which of the two remaining players they will take with them to the final two. The player not choosen will be eliminated.
When we have our final two, then I will post for everyone (even eliminated players) to vote. I will post the winner when I get votes from all players or within 24 hours (whichever comes first)
Most of the challenge questions will be based on the questionnaire that everyone completed. When I post the question, the first player that posts the correct answer will win. If no one posts the correct answer and all players have posted or the 24 hour time limit comes up, then the player that posted the first answer will win.
I know the game may seem a little confusing, but I will be giving instructions along the way reminding players of what they need to do.

Note: To keep the game running,there also will be time limits for head of volcano and the veto winners to post their choices, If they fail to post their choices in the time frame, they will be eliminated on that round and the two players on the chopping block will be safe and we will continue to the next round.
Note: There is also a 24 hour time frame for Votes. If you do not vote with the 24 hour time frame, you will be eliminated from the game.
On the last vote between the final two, I will count all votes that come in within the 24 hour time frame.
Last game everyone posted their final two votes on the thread, but this time, the voting will be done privately to keep the element of surprise!!

How to Use: Whenever a new head of Volcano is posted, if you post that you would like to use your pass for that round BEFORE the head of volcano posts their nominations for the chopping block, the head of volcano CANNOT nominate you for the chopping block that round and they also cannot put you up as a replacement if one of the nominated players gets removed from the block by a power of veto.
Golden Power of Veto
How to use: Whenever there is a winner for the power of veto. If you use this pass and post if you will save on player or leave the votes the same BEFORE the winner of the Veto posts, then you will steal the power of veto away.
Panda Power:
How to use: After the new head of volcano is posted, if you post that you want to use your panda power and post two players for nomination BEFORE the new head of Volcano posts their nominations, you will
Then become the head of volcano for that round.
Returning player pass: If you win this pass, you will then be able to return to the game.
Double Vote Pass:
If you win this pass, when you submit your vote for a round, you will need to state that you wish to use your double vote pass.
Your vote for a player will then count as two votes instead of one.
