They upgraded habitats from 45 to 47 when they only needed to increase by 1 for the new Mossrock dragon, they probably bumped it up to 47 because they knew this was coming. They also stated that to display all the dragons it would require some of the premium habitats.

i have one habitat space left which was going for another yellow or black habitat for tiger's eye. i'm aware that they said that but i refuse to buy what nine premium habitats to make space for this dragon and it's habitat, treasure and stainglass? no thank you. i can do without stainglass and treasure for now as i won't have the $70 for the two of them for awhile or $16 million in coins for two treasure terrance. i don't see why they can't give us one more habitat after only releasing four stone dragons and we have to buy two stone quarries for them meaning one of them will be only holding one dragon and taking up a spot.

don't get me wrong the gold habitats are pretty but not worth 500 gold or $20 in real money. i'm not spending $180 for habitats. if they lowered the price to 100 gold more people would buy them not everyone can afford them at $20 a pop.

Ill breed for it, but it'll sit in the nest because I've no coins for its, sure to be habitat. Ill have my SG in a few days though. If this is red/green it works for me. Very short fail times.
