My opinion probably won't be popular on here but I wouldn't want to see LTO's brought back simply because it shows seniority in a game when so many players are forever stuck in Level 99. I personally buy LTO's before boxes because I know they won't be brought back.
I do admit that I missed out on some LTO's when I first began playing which I wish I had gotten; unfortunately, I didn't understand how the game worked back then so tough luck for me.
