Yes, you are right, Minx!! that is absolutely ridiculous!!! from five minutes to 90 minutes? Are they kidding? for dough bait? and the spicy bait went from 20 minutes to 3 hours???? This had better be a glitch. Or is TeamLava is up to their old tricks, by getting people in to play the game then making it impossible to advance.

My plots are smoking!! Can't access. Restarted my iphone4S and this happened. Initially there was a
building next to the newsstand that was wrapped up but it disappeared. What's going on?!

Try deleting and redownloading the game to see if this corrects the issue.

Bought pig feeds from "blues" from newspaper but when I try to feed my pigs, there's "0" inventory. I have plenty of storage room in my barn. Bought this 2x because I went to visit the farm after buying from newspaper to visit the store to see if its there, which it was so I bought it but still showed 0 in my inventory.

Sometimes when you click to buy someone else may of gotten there first. Were you charged the coins?

My bait keeps restarting crafting with no delivery! Restarted my device, no help. Could have crafted at least 10 by now. Should i reintall the game?
