Thread: Farm Story 2- Current Bugs and Issues (Thread 1)

    Hi rynetory2
    I deleted all catches and other unused apps. Restarted my phone but still I am unable to see the graphics loaded fully. I am using iPhone 4S iOS 9.3.1 and latest farm story 2 version.
    Can you please suggest some solutions?

    Can you reinstall your game and try? It may take a bit longer to load your farm after reinstallation. Please ensure that your connection is good.

    Do you mean I should delete present game and install from App Store?
    I am already at level 57 with lot of pets . I hope i will not loose anything

    Please suggest

    Yes delete and reinstall from the App Store. Make sure you have a storm ID and password set up for your game.
    Your progress is saved on the Storm 8 servers, so it will be safe.

    I am not sure if you did this, but try going to settings-safari and delete cookies, then restart your device.

    I tried above steps but same status few machines, truffles , few trees and related items still not visible.

    Still no answer from support re my mum's farm app says 'stopped'. Help is a little slow, so in the meantime I just wondered if anyone knows if it is 'safe' to go to settings and clear the data as well as the cache....clearing the cache didn't help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

    If you are referring to clear data and cache under Safari, it's safe. You can try the suggestions I mentioned to you in What can I do to try to resolve my game issues?

    Hi, thank you, I could only see it referred to cache and not 'data'. Will give that a go...

    We can't buy items made in the flower shop. They require level 1000 to buy. I don't think anyone has reached level 1000
    Please fix this bug. Thx.
