"tap to order" windows

Hi! Could anybody tell me, how many free "tap to order" windows to order clothes are there in Fashion Story? And after what level they stop giving the additional windows for free?

Here are the amount of slots you should have at each level. Your level being on the left column and the amount total you would have after leveling up on the right, not including any that you may have purchased on your own.
