Kingdom clash won't open

I have even playing kingdom clash for over a week and all day today i havent been able to open the game when i try it starts to load and then closes. some information... iPhone 4S os 6.1.3 username sheena083 kingdom name sheenas. There was an update that I installed but the problem occurred before updating as well as after. I deleted the game from my phone and reinstalled but still the same problem. Please help!!! I don't wont to lose my game progress and I really want to play!!!!

Try going under settings- safari and clearing out your cookies and Data.
Then restart your device.

Hey there been playing game for a while now and up until today it worked fine but now the game will not load it just stays on title screen I have tried clearing settings resetting phone twice also tried with a different wifi and the game will not open

What specific device do you play on? Have you checked to see if your device has the most current IOS (software) update?

I play on an IPhone 4S and its up to date IOS software

Im having the same problems. My software is up to date and play on an IPhone 4S also.
