Not getting bonus Godfather points when installing other TeamLava games

Hi,

The last 3 or 4 times that bonus Godfather points have been available I've installed and played the game but no points have been awarded. I know iMobsters recognizes the game as installed because the option to install from within the game is gone and there is the bonus for reaching a certain level in that new game.

Can someone help me fix this?

Hey there,

Ensure that you

1. Open and run the games for a period of time
2. Have closed and relaunched your iMobsters app

I'd recommend sending an e-mail to Storm8's support team if you have done these things (#) - include your ID and, if you can remember, when the offers were available.

When they suggest To install a game, I go to missions and there's the mission to install and earn favor points. I go from there and install the game. Back to mobsters I have the favour points added. In any case, ask support.
