Game keeps crashing

Device ipad 1 gene.
Ios 5.1.1
Jew mania 1.1.7.
Support id FB2 GRE

The game always freezes for a few seconds just 10-20 s after i have started to play, then everything is normal until it crashes if i win with 2 or 3 stars. It shows first that i have won and received points and maybe gold. Then it crashes. When i go back my gain is gone, i have to start all over again. I start to be really frustrated!
Anyone that can help?

Since this is an older model device it is possible that you may experience compatibility issues with newer more demanding applications (I.E may require more memory to run smoothly than that is provided on the existing device). We would recommend that you force close out any apps. that may be running in the background that are taking up resources while you are trying to play, and also making sure you are connected securely through a strong WiFi connection at this time. Also it is recommended that you fully restart your device from time to time. Hope this information helps you and you are able to connect without further disruptions.
