Fire Dragon invisible and it won't heal :(

Hello TL
My epic Fire has been invisible for months now but I wasn't too concerned about it until I used it in the Arena 2 days ago! He got his behind kicked so he needed healing so I can send him on his Quest to finish the goal.
I tried multiple times to heal him. I can see him on the list and it says EXHAUSTED across his picture but when I press on it nothing happens! He won't go into the healing pond!

What do I do know ?! I thought why not sell it and buy a new one!! It turns out I can't do that as long as he's EXHAUSTED!!!

Can someone help me please ?

When your Dragon is exhausted, tap on the habitat and on the Dragon's portrait to open up the Dragons' options. It should have a little "Heal" icon. You can also tap on the Healing Spring and select the Dragon you'd like to heal from there.

Fire is not found anywhere on my island!!
Not on any of my 5 Red habitats
It's been like this for months
Since I updated my game last

It's still there in my album, so I know I haven't sold it or anything
But it's invisible

Will someone tell me how to find my Fire ?!
Is there a way for a tech to just sell/cancel/**** my epic Fire ?!
