I saw this cat in one of my neighbour shops. He says it is one of the featured items, but I don't have it on my market. I'm on Android. Is it not available on Android or discontinued? I want it :-)

i see a tie cat in my market for 8,000 coins. i'm iOS though but it is in the featured section so it was just released this past update.
