Must be the Food coloring drops (hopefully!!), because that's what I used to make it two weeks ago! Made it from the recipe in Southern Living issue for November I believe.Originally Posted by Unregistered
Beet root was traditionally used before red food coloring, so yes what you are seeing is probably a beet.
