RedTape quest broken

Hi,

One of the goals I have right now is the timed "Red Tape" goal. It only asks for me to collect from 2 businesses. However, no matter how many times I collect money from businesses, it still says 0/2. I had a similar goal before and there was no problem. I've tried shutting down the app and restarting but it still doesn't recognize when I collect from a business.

Please try force closing the game and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Please try restarting your device as well. Thanks.

Please fix the Red Tape quest! I spent too much time fulfilling it for you not to give me the gems,
