Some people cannot log in at all since the change or reset password. Is the best way for them to get back on, to email support? Can someone post the email here if that is what is needed, so I can pass it on. Please thx

Aha, now I see the Storm 8 forum.
You can still click on the box that replaces the link to go to the linked thread/post. But I agree that it's confusing.

In the first example I posted, you can hit 'reply with quote' and see where the link was supposed to go, but not everyone would know to try that. That can't be done with closed threads though.

Thanks, I finally found my thread, shuffled apart inside this one. I don't see the majority of users thinking to click on a thread with a title like this for help with an issue like the one I posted about... and being able to decipher which posts they want from the rest... but ok.
