Game shuts down when visiting neighbors

My game keeps shutting down when I visit neighbors. I am using version 1.1.4. Is this a known bug or is there something I can do to fix it? Thank you

Hi Kooky Panda,

I am playing on an iPod. My current software version is IOS 5.1.1. It states that this version is up-to-date.

This game seems to shut down more frequently than other T/L games. I play F/S & hardly ever have a problem. Today, C/S is shutting down every time I try to visit a neighbor. I get to their kingdom & then it shuts down.

I'm still having some intermittent problems. Should I uninstall & reinstall the game? Will it affect any progress in the game if I do this? Thank you.

Deleting and reinstalling doesn't affect your progress as the game is saved on the servers.

You should uninstall it and download new vesion
