Can?t play Dragon Story New Dawn after switching the System

Hi there!
I played Dragon Story New Dawn on my Android Phone.
Then I switched to IOS with no problems.

Now I want to switch back to my Android Phone.
And then Dragon Story New Dawn Closed every Time.
I clear Cache and delete Date.
I start the system new.
I switched back to IOS then back to Android.
I set my Android Phone back to factory Setting.
I deinstalled the game and installed it new.

NOTHING from this works...

If i switch to IOS and then start New Dawn on my Android Phone, a new game startet with no Problems.

Anybody knows whats the Problem?

Have you tried installing the original Dragon Story on your device? All of your dragons etc will be on that as well. It has had more recent updates so it may work better for you.

I'm guessing you have quests or battle arena, yes? A friend of mine had a problem like this.... It's because you can't go on ND if one of your dragons are on a quest or healing pool.

I think there is a reason why Dhakiyah wants to play on ND...

maybe it is because there is a dragon in healing pool or on quest.I remembered someone of this forum mentioned this case few days before.

Yeah. I have tested it. That was the Problem.
You must finish the "Trade" and the Heal Palace, then you can switch without Problems...
