Seems like this is a common problem with this game. I have emailed support three times now to no avail.
Also, I am STILL not receiving my daily bonus even though I get the message about it.
I'm on a top of the line Kindle Fire HD 4G. I shouldn't be having these issues.
How can my problems be resolved? Please. Even at the 30% discount, which was not always the case, as I've also paid full price, 500 gems is a fair chunk of cash. Please help make this right.
