Not receiving gems

There is a promotion that says if you download Treasure Story, that you get 15 gems for free. I downloaded Treasure Story and I have not received my gems that I am eligible to. My Storm 8 ID is tiffenyrensen. If you could please fix this for me it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Easy guys, chil-lax!!! The trick is, once u download it, u have 2 PLAY it 2!!! But don't worry, it's just a couple of taps just go through the instructions, let it stay 4 about 5 minutes or so, then go into ur bakery several times until u see the gems. See? Easy as pie! 
