Really Annoyed!! This game needs a lot of fixing!!!

I wrote about this before on here but I guess no one cared to looked into it. After 3 times of completing goals in The Restaurant Story I've gotten nothing. After all the keys go into the basket the "rewards" screen pops up and says: gems- 0 coins- 0 and refills- 0. Then it says to hit okay to refresh the game. That's all. I was really looking forward to getting the gems since I've been on the same level for a really long time and need them. Like I said before I wrote about this before hoping they might fix this issue. Plus I've read of others having the same issue.

It was a fun game but I'm deleting it because it's not worth it

Sorry for any troubles you've experienced! Do you happen to have a screenshot of rewards menu for completing the challenges that shows these values? We'd like to take a look and resolve any problems that are happening. Thanks!

No I never thought to take one. But I haven't deleted the game and the next goal is to reach Level 18 in Restaurant Story. I was hoping it would maybe be fixed by then. I will take one next time. I'm almost at level 18.

I guess the bonus is coins, but that really isn't a bonus since you can't use coins in this game at all.

I'm having the same problem I'm about to receive rewards soon as well. I will post any screenshots if it'll help.
