    I have seven neighbors but I can't expand

    When I went into design to expand my bakery it said if I got 7 neighbors I could expand. when I got seven neighbors that option was gone is it just me or is that unfair

    Yes I thought the same thing too when I got my 7 neighbors I went to expand and it opened but it will cost 100,00.00 coins to do so! this is a fun game but very expensive to maintain!
