Nether portal and treasure dragon

Hello,
I played Dragon Story last year, then stopped and came back recently. I have questions whose answers I couldn't find here in the forum, so maybe some kind caretaker can help me:
1) what is the nether portal for? Is that just a decoration or it has some effect on the game?
2) I play on Ios, but still the treasure dragon does not appear on my market. I'm at level 62 (should be higher for it to appear?) and I have no Diamond dragon (does it affect?)

The nether portal is just decoration that was released during an old athletic dragon goal.

You have to download the latest version of dragon. The treasure dragon should show up then.

Version 1.4 for Treasure Dragon. You can no longer get the Nether Portal.
