Expansion!

I just waited 3 days to finally finish expanding an area till today, and I finally get to expand again. However when I went to go and ask my 553 neighbors for a maps it said "I already requested maps from my neighbors today" when I haven't. What is going on? My place is called TheEnchantment, and my storm8: hubbabubba03. Is anyone else experienced this problem?

At 6pm PST I had 9 maps and just finished expanding so I sent a request to my 300 neighbors for maps. Right now, 4 hours after my last map was sent, I have 31 maps. I do not believe the limit of 20 maps a day is still true. Also note that game reset for me is at midnight my local time.
