Reindeer... O_o

I have a few Gems saved up, so I was thinking about getting a Holiday Box, but there is really only one item I'm interested in.

The cute little Reindeer.

How rare is this item to get? Does anybody know the percentage chance of getting one?

Also I have never purchased a Holiday Box before, so could anybody please tell me if you just get one item from it, or more than one?

reindeer is level 3.

the hardest to get is 1, then 2, then 3 then 4.

You only get one item from chest for the 24 gems. random you cannot pick.

I got 2 gingerbread houses, two Xmas barns, two candy canes, a snow man, and a sleigh. Would've loved a deer but not in the cards.
Couple of my neighbors spun the wheel only once or twice and landed a deer.

So, if that's all you like....I wouldn't if I were you.
Tho I am happy with what I got. Even the doubles I was able to work with. Thanks for the tea. It was good
