Level 119

How do you solve this level without buying anything ay the start?
I've tried to avoid the locks or undo them but just cant seem to geth thriugh the level

Just passed this level.. Ignore the locks. Make your way through both sides to be able to access the babies. Bounce bubbles from the walls to change the babies to a color and then just keep the sides clean to hit the baby bubbles. Hope this helps...
