I've only bought gems once and used them up pretty quick just to avoid any traps or dumb purchases and I've been wanting to buy more but haven't yet for two reasons. Traps and a lack of gem worthy content. TL needs to up their game, lots of my neighbors are leaving because updates have sucked for weeks. We can all go spend our money somewhere else TL...
If I buy gems it is because I have something in mind to buy, and I will buy it straight away. I never just get some because of a gem sale as I don't want to risk them sitting there waiting to be taken away by a miss-hit.
Maybe if enough people get involved with this thread they will see in the long run, terrible customer service "refusing to fix our issues, when it happens" WILL cost them money in the long run..
