    Unhappy Please.. I need help! I paid but never received my gold.

    I tried to purchase the gold in dragon story. It charged on my credit card and pulled out the money. But I never received my gold. I e-mailed to support team but still I cannot find a solution to get my gold/money back. I'm very concerned now..:-( Does anyone have this kind of experience?
