    Question Help! I can't use emoticons.

    How are people using emoticons in the name of their bakery? I have the emoji keyboard see. But when I try to create a bakery name (for the first time, not a name change) it says I can't use special characters. So how is everyone else doing it?

    Not sure if you're trying to do it this way but it doesn't allow you to use it as the first letter.

    I?m having the same issue. Even when I do not use emojis, I keep getting an error message saying no special characters! How can I change the name?
