Bug with Gold prices for Coins and Food?

All of my family play Dragon Story and today I noticed a big discrepancy with the Gold for Coins / Food prices.

I can only guess this is a bug.

We are all iOS users on the same version, however use different iOS devices.

Below is a table with a breakdown with the Gold cost and what Coins / Food you get (as well as the levels)

Given that the iPhone4 users get the same amount I don?t think it?s a server based issue.

I?d be interested in what other people have or whether TL have this down as a known issue to address.

In a pinch (racing to epic for a contest), I have upon occasion bought food with gold. Even at rates better than you've posted here, it simply is not the best use of gold and not something I would ordinarily do. Even worse is the use of gold to buy coins. While it may occasionally be convenient to have these options, they are desperate options, and you shouldn't be exchanging gold for food or coins often enough to sweat the details.

Best use of gold is temple speed. The rate of 1 gold per hour is the same for all, and a dragon being evolved is one you're going to put to use. The same can't always be said for dragons in the den or nest.
