    Nope - I'm still getting spellbooks and I've fully upgraded my wizard's school. But I only have one and they may keep it going hoping you'll buy two. I don't know if the same holds true if you have two.

    They continue dropping even after having 2 schools fully upgraded. Well you can have a nice collection of 99

    nope what? i have 2 fully upgraded and once in a while i get the notifaction that i cant hold any more spellbooks, so they DO still drop until you reach 99.
