    Thumbs down Please help

    I brought 250 gold for ?6.99 at 12.00pm this afternoon, the money has been taken out of my bank account but there's no gold on my game and everything I go on my game I have to put in my password. Does anyone know why?

    Hmm that is odd. I think the best thing would be to contact support.

    When you've put in your password, has more money been taken from your bank account?

    Sometimes purchased gold may have a delay in showing up.
    Try restarting your device. If still no gold, send an email to support@teamlava.com along with your storm ID, game, and a copy of your receipt.

    Note: If you are on an apple device, go under settings, store, and log out of your itunes account and then log back on. This is should restore your password on your device.
