    Current Known Bugs and Issues for Fruit Mania

    Current version of the game:
    iOS - 1.02(5-14-13)


    Making sure you are using the most current version can help with many problems.


    If you would like to report a bug in Fruit Blast Mania, please make sure to include the following:

    1. Your device ( specific as possible) and it's version number
    2. Your games version (this can be found on the bottom of the Help/FAQ page)
    3. A description of the problem, and what you were doing when the problem occurred
    4. If possible, a screenshot of the problem

    iOS General Issues
    To check for your device version - go to Settings, General, About - Version
    To check for game version in game:
    Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
    To check for game version if you can't open the game:
    Open App Store, search game name (or teamlava), click on app, on the left side, under the logo it will show current game version

    If your iOS device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
    Restart your device
    Delete and reinstall the game
    Hard restart - hold the power and home buttons, through the power off slider, until the Apple symbol appears.
    For newer devices (iPod Touch 4th Gen and newer, iPhone 3G and newer, all iPad versions [possibly other devices]) - close out background running apps. Double tap the home button, when the screen raises up, hold the app until it starts shaking. Press the red minus symbol to close.

    Android General Issues
    To check your device version - go to Settings, About Phone, Android Version *note - you can check for updates in About Phone, System Updates
    To check game version in game:
    Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
    To check for game version if you can't open the game:
    Open App Market/Google Play, either go to My Apps, or search game name (or teamlava), click on app, open Description information, on the bottom it will show the current game version

    If your Android device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
    Restart your device
    Delete and reinstall the game *note - reinstalled games will need to be moved to the SD card again
    Move game to the SD Card - go to Settings, Apps, specific game, click "Move to SD Card" or "Move to Internal Storage"
    Clear cache - go to Settings, Apps, specific game, click "Clear Cache"
    You can use a task ****er/manager to help free up memory for your device

    Kindle General Issues
    To check for your device version - Go to Settings, More, Device, System Version
    To check game version in game:
    Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
    To check for game version if you can't open the game:
    Open Amazon Market, search game name (or teamlava), scroll down to see current version

    If your Kindle is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
    Restart your device
    Delete and reinstall the game
    Go to Settings, More, Applications - find your game, click, clear cache
    If you're not able to get into the game - Go go Settings, Wifi, turn wifi off then back on

    Forum Rules

    Transferring games - Several different ways to transfer. Make sure you have downloaded all TL games you want transferred before starting. You can not have only one game transferred, and leave others on the current device. And there is no option to play the same game with the same ID on multiple devices.

    Notifications - Make sure the notification options are set to ON in BOTH the game settings and the device settings. If both settings are on, but you're still not receiving notifications, please send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check you game.

    Purchased Gems (Gold) not showing up - try restarting you device, and even deleting and reinstalling the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers. If these do not work on returning your gems or item, then you would need to contact support@teamlava.com You will need to provide your ID, date of incident, type of transaction, and receipt of transaction.

    Blank screen for Gem (Gold) Purchasing (iOS only) - See thread, it has the original suggestion, and a few other suggestions that do not involve restoring.

    About the forum - if you can't find a post you made - go to your profile, on the left side, look under "Find All Posts". Your post may have been in the wrong place, or merged with an existing thread. If you still can't find your post, you can file a Forum Dispute and a Community Manager will respond to you (the Dispute Forum is a private conversation between you and the CMs).

    If Ii want to connect with facebook there is a problem, it says i have already authorized and when i push the button to go,further it says that https://m.facebook.com/dialog/oauth/confirm is invalid

    Can someone help me

    I passed level 32. It told me I did. Then promptly crashed. I lost the progress.

    My apps usually don't crash.

    Crashed after Level 39

    I'm playing on an iphone 4S, game version 1.0.1

    I finally beat level 39, got 1 star, they did their little dance and I clicked next for the next level and it crashed. I re-opened the app and it is not showing me having beaten level 39. I didn't take a screenshot since I didn't know it was going to crash. Do I really have to re-beat the level?!

    Game crash

    Playing on iphone 4s version 1.0.1

    I also finally beat level 39, paid 15 gems to get the 5 extra moves too. It said I won, got my two stars and it crashed. Then I opened the app up and I was out the win and the gems. It has happened also on different levels, but this time I basically threw away gems that I had earned. No problems with the phone otherwise, and this is the only game that has ever done that.

    Now I'm sad because it took me almost a whole day of trying to beat that stupid level, and when I finally shell out the gems, it crashes and I lose them. Since I don't have enough gems to buy anything, I might have to just give up the game

    I don't normally post in forums, but I'm absolutely furious. On a couple of the more difficult levels I have taken a few lives to complete it only for it to crash when I try to continue onto the next level, this has resulted in having to do the level over and losing a life, that's fine I've always managed to beat the level again fairly quickly. I have spent 3 days trying to best level 53 and just now was the first time I had managed it, and low and behold I click to go to the next level and it crashed, I'm really fed up with this bug now it needs sorting or I think. You will find that a lot of users will just delete the game as its really not worth the frustration or the disappointment when you have worked so hard to beat a level, only for the game to reset itself! >

    So I'm on iPod touch 5th gen iOS 6.1.3 I don't know how to upload a picture but I'm on level 17 and can't buy boost for any level the ones that cost coins are gems for me at the start of the game. So I'm hoping that you guys fix that in your next update. And game version 1.01 please help

    I recently got a new phone (iPhone 5) and when I loaded the game, every single level is digging for charms. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, restarted my phone & disconnected the game from Facebook, nothing has changed. Attached are the screenshots.
