I'm going with female too, face has a very feminine appearance. I'd like to revise my guess. I'm leaning more towards black, purple, yellow hybrid. Went back to look at the mask dragon and I think it looks similar. Especially the eyes, the masks eyes were wider but they have a very similar look overall.

I'm leaning toward female also, because of the facial features mainly.
