Peacock is not appearing in my market either does that mean i cant breed it? i have tried several times really love this dragon's design.
You can't. You missed the Spring 2013 Edition. Thats it.

Yes, it sucks - don't ask how I feel about this. I hope in a future update, which may come "in time" (whatever that means) fix this with other problems we encounter.
Sometimes there are good surprises - after the Thanksgiving event suddenly the Peacock Dragon appeares in my Market - thus being breedable (finally!) which it should have been for months. Either this is a side-effect of the larger Database-manipulations for Thanksgiving or a bugifx of the Database. Anyway: My frustration is considerably lower then before, seeing at last one problem fixed. Thanks TL!
