Yup, only in Magic habitats.

Got it on my Kindle game on the first try with Diamond/magic. Tried same combo on my iOS and got Anubis inwhich I'm happy because I was missing that one.

Still don't have the peacock dragon on android, and I'm so disappointed because I can't go for it till is shows up. Plus does anyone know if the craft dragons can be breed on android? (Emerald, sapphire, ruby, amethyst, topaz, and the pearl)

Crafted Dragons can't be bought, and make sure you are not looking in the Air tab, as it is displayed as only Magic.
