More skunkupines

Hi,

So I'm doing the "defeating peril" challenge hoping it will lead some day to the knightly bling bling and the elusive alicorn.
But at the moment my problem is that I can't get any blue skunkupines to show up in my game.
Is there a trick to make them appear more regularly?
