"food ready notification" isn't working
As title. I have tried to shut my cellphone off for times already. Still not working. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

You can try force closing your game in the background device memory. Double tap your Home button and a small screen will appear at the bottom of your screen, then tap the red cross out button to exit the game fully. Also do check if you have enable the food ready notification in your game setting. This method is for ios player, not sure how it work for android player.

I have a timer set sometimes on my iPad thru the clock app so I don't have to worry about notifications if I'm wanting to serve items on time.

Thank you guys for helping!
I finally fixed it with reinstalling.I have android system. So before you uninstall it, please make sure you move your restaurant story data to memory card. I am not sure the process is must to do or not, but I always move it to my memory card. And after reinstalling, everything works perfect!
