Something is amiss in these recipes, as they are on RS. The yield is a VERY nice amount for a one hour recipe, but there is no price for what you earn with them. The other three recipes are locked. Boo! Oh and the cupcake tree thingy costs 15,000.

As far as I've seen, they're never retroactive and you should always wait. Others have said that buying any wallpaper will work, but I still wouldn't risk it because I'm paranoid like that. :P
