Difficulty retrieving orders

I am having trouble retrieving my orders. I click on the order to place the item, but it clicks on whatever is behind the order bar (racks, expansion, etc.) Is anyone else having this problem? All my other games seem to be working just fine. 😔

This happens to me sometimes too (on an iPhone). If you mean the thing when you're trying to display items and the game acts like the catalog bar isn't there? Closing and re-opening the game has always worked for me.

yeah i get that too sometimes...its like that feature freezes...everything else works fine in the game...forceclosing has always worked for me...im on an ipad

Happens to me too. I just restart my iPod and works fine after that, although it is annoying.

Sometimes just visiting a neighbor and coming back works,but completely closing and restarting game always works for me

I think that happens when you have a visitor in your shop tapping at the same time you're tapping. I paid close attention the last time it happened to me and within a few seconds had a notification someone visited my shop.
