    HELP - new phone and lost all of Castle Story

    Can someone please help me? I had got to level 20 of Castle Story but today I had to have my phone replaced. It has now completely lost everything and re-started at level1. Anyone know how to get back to where I was? I do know my Storm8 id.

    Hi, thanks for this. I have set up a new Storm ID by accident! Can I delete and re-install?

    I am sorry, but once you set up a new storm ID on the new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
    You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can do the transfer .
