What Should I Use When I Enter Drawing Contests?

Ok, So, i was going to enter the Sumer Contest ting, but it closed, and i was wondering, is there anything that DOESNT INVOLVE DOWNLOADING that could help me with my drawing? Please help me, i am not the best of drawers and i would like some help with drawing, i noticed most people use Sketchbook Express but i do not want to download anythind and i believe you need to download that. What can i use that doesnt involve downloading?

This question would be more suited to the Contest Questions forum, but I'll give my 2?: A good old pencil and sheet of paper requires no download : ) But seriously, a program is not what makes the submitter to the concept contest a great artist, if you have a great concept and can communicate it, you still have an opportunity to win. Other than that, all programs for a tablet or phone require downloading.
