Do you have an apple tree? On my account I spent cash for it but on my daughter's we saved up gems from installing games. I know people say you can get them from the magic garden but it seems much more likely to get it from a tree you can pick more often than you can pick the magic garden.
Oh I also got an apple tree from one of the adventures so now I have two trees.
I do not! But I recently unlocked the magic garden, and sent my knights into the cave just a few minutes ago, so hopefully I will get it soon!

Over the past 60 days the quality of drops from Sir Pigglesworth seems to have declined on my ipad. I get great drops on my phone, but I don't seem to get good drops on my ipad. Anybody know if this is a normal decline over time or if I am just been unlucky?
You're just unlucky.
It could just be a coincidence but I move Sir piggy around and he seems to drop better next to the magic garden. Got loads of bacon when he was with the other pigs and loads of water near the ponds. Could be a complete coincidence but since he's been moved today of got a heap of cash, a wisp lantern and gems, after weeks of nothing spectacular.
My piggy is still new but I have noticed 3 days of bacon and 1 day a red apple, today again water, so I am timing him seems he is stingy
