I cant get the royal exchange

I'm at level 29 and I can't get the royal exchange. It is in the kingdom goals and when I click onto it it takes me to buildings - but no royal exchange. HELP!!

So it's not in the special section of buildings?

Any chance you've purchased it but have finished building it it?

No - its not in the market anywhere.. I've have it in my kingdom goals - when I follow the link all I have is crafting buildings that I already have.

Yes - but these were purchased after.. I have another stable and hatchery..
