I got it on the wheel on my iPhone but it was only available to buy on my Android Tablet. Does this mean I can breed it on Android now too?

Yes, got it on Android while trying for Lunar Horse. Didn't even know it is breedable. Nice surprise!

I have 2 now from breeding fire and air trying for lunar horse. Weird because they are more rare than lunar. Lol.
