Download and play the games that TL put in your goals. Rewards are gold. 30 to install, 15 when you reach the specific levels.
Receiving gold from neighbors is about the only way .
You can watch and enter some forum contests for a chance to win gold.
Sometimes promotional goals will be offered in games but please note while TL may provide opportunities to try out their other games they do not have Quests/Goals that reward gems for downloading or playing other games if you play on an IOS device.
There are other Goals that do have these rewards, but there are not rewards for the Goals you mentioned.
