We are sorry to hear about your issue and we have a few questions for you in order to fully investigate this matter:
1) Have you tried resetting the game and/or the device?
2) Is this the Storm8 ID where you see the issue?
3) Does this occur on a particular level or at random?

Have tried resetting both the game and the device, as well as reinstalling.
It's actually my girlfriend who is experiencing this problem, so she is on a different Storm8ID. It occurs on every level, about 80-90% of the time.
Have your girlfriend give me her Support ID and the specifics of the problem (level, purchases made, when the game crashes) to support@Storm8.com. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is the Support ID different from her Storm8ID?

I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII. I started playing when the goal came out - Friday? Thursday? I am on Level 28 and have not crashed yet.
