By time limit I mean days left until it leaves again
Mine left yesterday or the day before, but came back today for 7 days instead of 6.
Yeah it says 7 days, try deleting DS and then install it again it might pop up for you too.

Hey guys, once thing I noticed, is my wheel was also jerky. When I exited out of the wheel, I had a couple of pop ups in the background come up.
I closed out my game, came back in, closed out the wheel screen , then waited for my pop ups to come up, then I hit the wheel and my jerking stopped.
See if this helps.
I am also checking to see if you can get the Clockwork dragon by breeding two other dragons.
It is the weekend, so hopefully I will get an answer soon.
