Unless android have the wheel, it is only for ios at the moment. You cant breed it. Only get it from the wheel.

I dont do casinos but I can imagine what folks there feel like, when the wheel is almost close to the 1000 gold. My heart literally pauses for a moment and bam! 50 apples. Boo! Im hooked.

For now I think so but you might be able to breed it in the future. TL needs to let us know.

I just opened my ipad and got the wheel. The caption says, spin the wheel for the exclusive clockwork orange dragon. Get it before it is gone. So, wheel or buying might be the only way to get this one.
