    How many farms do you have? Can you upgrade Large Farms? Did an actual placed Enchanted Farm disappear?

    Yes I planted some dimondates this morning and then harvested them and my farm dissappeared

    did you clear your device's cache memory?
    try touch in the place your farms used to be. Maybe they are just invisible, sometimes i have the same problem
