Found Floating Arena / Coliseum While Visiting (w/ IMAGE)

First time posting, so pardon me if this subject may have been covered at a previous time. But I have never seen this on any other neighbors islands. I've read that the TL would consider dragon combat and perhaps implement it at a later time. That is my only theory on the matter. Otherwise, please feel free to answer, comment or theorize. I did block out the island's name for their own privacy and will not release their information unless instructed by proper TL agents.

* If picture doesn't show right away, please allow me some time to figure this out. Again this is my first time posting.
